don't forget your blog-post research assignment is due this coming friday !

Please also remember, your portfolio, ie. all your finished projects - especially the extended layout/typesetting/magazine assignment, must be coherently assembled/collected, onto a dvd or usb format. it's due and to be handed in during our final class.

hi sir, quick question... I didnt know where else to ask this.
In Josef Muller-brockmann's beethoven poster, do you recognize the font he used for the words?

which words ? there are several ... i have only a small image, but as Brockmann was a prince of the Swiss School, he was probably using Helvetica, or perhaps DINSchrift.

the headline was probably mid-weight, helvetica bold, lower case

I just checked DINSchrift and you're right. he pretty much used that for everything.
